BBQ Chicken Nachos

This is an easy recipe for a quick snack, lunch, or dinner for those nights when you still have yet to go grocery shopping for the week or just don't have a lot of time. In my case, it was anything I could find in the pantry and fridge to put together for lunch.

Here's what you need:
Chicken Breast (cubed) (I happened to have the Tyson Grilled Ready Cubed Chicken Breast bag)
Shredded Cheese
Taco Chips (I happened to have Tostitos Hint of Lime)
Your favorite BBQ or hot sauce

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Begin cooking the chicken in a pan with the BBQ sauce until heated thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Spread chips over baking sheet with foil.
Sprinkle layer of shredded cheese over chips.
Once chicken is heated, spread over chips and cheese.
Top with cheese again.

(Add any other ingredients that YOU like in your nachos!)

Cook for 10  minutes and.. DONE!
Easy. Good. Fast.

Happy Thursday friends! Rejoice in the Lord and be glad this is a day HE has made!
