Pesto Chicken Grilled Cheese



Ingredients:
Bread of your choice.
Monterey Jack Cheese
Thin Chicken Breasts {cooked}
Pesto Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Butter
Cooking Spray {Pam}
S/P to taste

Directions:
Cook chicken breasts before you start your Grilled Cheese. Grate your cheese..or cheat by purchasing already shredded cheese...ain't no shame in that. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle or dip buttered bread side in the Parmesan Cheese. {This will cook a cheesy crunchy shell}

Layer ingredients. Bread, Chicken, small amount of Pesto {like if your were adding mayo to a sammy}MJ cheese, then top with bread. Grill on the stove top until all cheese is melted and bread is browned.


These were so yummy!! They taste just like a Sammy I get from Piazza Del Pane. I will warn you...you may belched Pesto sauce all evening. But it will be so worth it!
